Registrations and Renewals:

Registering a domain name does not give any legal rights to that trade name. It is the responsibility of the party requesting registration and not manchesterlocksmith.org.uk to complete a trademark search nor to check for any name disputes. We make no statement that the domain name you wish to register is available to be registered or that it will be registered in your name. We strongly suggest therefore that you should not assume registration of your requested domain name/s until you have been notified of the registration. The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use by the particular naming party so please ensure you are fully aware of the terms and conditions. You will have no grounds for a claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. We accept no liability in respect of the use by you of a domain name and any dispute between you and any other body must be resolved between the parties. In case of a dispute we will at our discretion withhold, suspend or cancel the disputed domain name. Any cancelled domain registrations will be subject to a standard admin fee of £40. Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than one month from the registration.

Transfer:

Customers who wish to transfer their domains to another provider for hosting may do so without a fee.

Domain Expiry:

Domains are renewable annually.

Reminder emails are provided 30 days, 15 days, 3 days and 1 day before the domain name expires.

manchesterlocksmith.org.uk send reminders to the email address on the account, it is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure the contact details are up to date. We are not responsible if your domain fails due to incorrect contact details.

If you do not wish to renew a domain please contact us at least 14 days prior to the domain expiry via email at help@manchesterlocksmith.org.uk.

Alternatively if you set your domain to auto renew your domain will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring and will be billed 30 days in advance. If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date then all the services we provide will be suspended and you will have up to thirty days (which is a protected period) after to renew the domain name at the original renewal costs.

You can view details of renewal fees via the client portal. After thirty days your domain will be suspended and will proceed onto a sixty day grace period where you will still be able to renew your domain name but with an extra fee. This must be requested via email before the 80th day after the domain expiry, after ninety days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and be made available for resale through a third party registrar.

Liability:

manchesterlocksmith.org.uk will not be liable for any loss due to suspension, removal or unavailability of a customer’s web site.

Suspension and Termination:

You may terminate your service with us at any time, giving a minimum notice period of thirty days. manchesterlocksmith.org.uk reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account.

Abuse Complaints:

Any abuse reports can be sent to help@manchesterlocksmith.org.uk and we will respond within five working days.

We will deal with all complaints in total confidence. All complaints should be sent to help@manchesterlocksmith.org.uk and we will respond within five working days.
